Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • All tags and seals must be intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@primaveralashes.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
  • Beauty & personal care items (including most opened cosmetics)
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Sale / final sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at contact@primaveralashes.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to an EU address, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
