PrimaVera Lashes Pro Partners Terms & Conditions
These Terms apply to Salon, Academy and Retail Partner accounts.
Effective Date: May 1, 2025
These Wholesale and Partner Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the PrimaVera Lashes Pro Partners Program and all wholesale transactions between you (“Purchaser,” “Partner,” “you,” or “your”) and Be Beautiful Shop, LLC d/b/a PrimaVera Lashes (“PrimaVera Lashes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By applying for or placing wholesale orders through this program, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
Partner pricing is available only to qualified professional accounts, including licensed beauty professionals, salons, academies, approved retailers, and other approved entities.
PrimaVera Lashes may request business verification documentation, including but not limited to:
• Business license
• Professional license
• Resale certificate
• Tax exemption documentation
• Other documentation reasonably requested
Approval into the Partner Program is discretionary and may be denied or revoked at any time.
Minimum Opening Orders
Unless otherwise approved in writing:
Minimum opening wholesale orders begin at $250 USD.
PrimaVera Lashes reserves the right to establish separate opening order requirements for academy or retail partner accounts.
Orders below qualifying thresholds may not receive partner pricing.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice.
Professional partner pricing is confidential and provided only to approved accounts.
Partner pricing or benefits may vary based on purchasing activity, account type, reorder volume, or promotional considerations.
Payment must be received in full before processing and shipment.
Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and approved payment methods offered at checkout.
Partner Account Activity
Partner benefits are intended for active professional accounts.
Accounts with no purchasing activity for 90 days may have select partner benefits paused pending review.
Accounts inactive for 12 months may require reapproval.
Partner levels, pricing considerations, and certain benefits may depend on continued purchasing activity and reorder volume.
PrimaVera Lashes reserves the right to review partner eligibility periodically.
Introductory Evaluation Kit
Introductory Evaluation Kits, where offered, are limited to one per approved business account.
Evaluation Kits:
• Are available one time only
• Are not for resale
• Do not guarantee continuing partner privileges
• May be subject to separate terms or fees
PrimaVera Lashes reserves the right to refuse duplicate or abusive requests.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Please allow 2–5 business days for normal processing unless otherwise noted.
Larger or customized orders may require additional lead times.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to carrier.
Returns, Defects and Claims
Due to the nature of professional cosmetic products, wholesale sales are generally final.
Damaged or defective items must be reported in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
PrimaVera Lashes may, at its discretion, offer replacement, credit, or other remedy.
Resale, Distribution and Authorized Channels
Products may be resold only through approved professional settings and approved e-commerce channels.
Unauthorized resale on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or similar third-party marketplaces is prohibited without written authorization.
Unauthorized discounting, diversion, or price erosion may result in suspension or termination of partner privileges.
Retail partner benefits may be subject to separate dealer requirements, including minimum reorder expectations.
Sales Tax and Resale Certificates
Tax-exempt purchasing is not automatic.
Accounts requesting tax-exempt treatment must provide valid resale documentation acceptable to PrimaVera Lashes.
Purchases for internal business use, salon services, or training use may remain subject to applicable sales tax.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product names, photography, educational materials, branding, and related intellectual property remain the property of Be Beautiful Shop, LLC.
Products may not be repackaged, relabeled, private labeled, or modified without written authorization.
Marketing Support and Educational Opportunities
Marketing support, co-branded materials, custom academy kits, product presentations, or educational partnership opportunities may be offered at PrimaVera Lashes discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Such offerings are supplemental program benefits and not contractual obligations.

Modification or Termination
PrimaVera Lashes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Partner Program, including pricing, benefits, requirements, or account eligibility, at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
